How do i straighten coiled wire, like the ones on those corded telephones that are kinda like springs?

I wanna know how to straighten those coiled wires that come on the the corded telephones that are kinda like springs. dont answer telling me not to do it, i just wanna know how.

  1. I haven't tried but I think it will work. Pull straight the cord then fix them at both ends. Get your hair blower then blow the cord with hot air slowly not to burn the cord.


  2. Take the telephone off the hook and work out what way the cord is twisted and turn the whole handset (the hand bit, not the telephone itself) around in the other direction. Keep doing it until the cord is untwisted. If the cord looks more twisted than ever, you've gone in the wrong direction, so go in the other direction.  Then once you're done, hang up again.  It works every time, trust me!  You just have to detangle it once in a while :)
