How do i stretch a shirt?

I have an interview monday and I want to were a nice shirt my dad got me, but its kind of tight on my mid section. I think its cotton, and I'm wearing it over a strapless sundress so if it gets a little transparent that's ok. but how do I stretch it out? thank you

pull it. have someone help you for better result.

stretch it............wet though cause the fabric is more mailable when wet.. make sure to evenly stretch it cause some parts can stretch oddly :)

throw it in the washer and dont use any soap!
