How do i successfully raise a brine shrimp population so i can feed it to my tropical fish?

If i buy some and raise them, would they reproduce, so i would never have to buy anymore?

Do corydoras eat brine shrimp?

My corys won't eat shrimp, but I don't know how the rest of the population is.
