Do you mean that your GI Bill benefit is going to be electronically deposited into a bank account that you do not want to use?  Well, if I guessed correctly, contact the people that will be making the disbursement to you SOON and AT LEAST 3 DAYS before disbursement, and let them now your bank details have changed.  Provide them with your new routing number and account number.

Don't fret... if the account is still open you are screwed in trying to stop that deposit.  If the account is closed it will be kicked back to VA and they will issue a check to your address on record.
