How do i sync my iphone contacts and calendar with my new mac?

My hard drive on my old mac died so I bought a new macbook. I figured out how to sync itunes correctly, but I can't figure out how to sync my contacts and calendar on my iphone with my new address book and ical. I looked all over the mac site and in the manuals, but they were no help.

I had the same problem so I just ended up buying the excructiatingly good N95.
