How do i sync songs to my iPod Nano that i bought from iTunes?

I used a $15 gift card and bought music videos and songs.

I tried using the Apple Service and Support but it didn't help me.

I don't have an iTunes account because i don't want to use my credit card number.

How do i put my purchases onto my iPod?
