How do i synchronize my ipod with my computer without erasing it?

my uncle bought me a new ipod and filled it up with music goodies before sending it to me. when i plugged in the ipod to my computer, itunes said this ipod is synchronized with another computer. would you like to erase this ipod and synchronize it with this one? i said no. but if i don't synchonize it i can't put any more songs on it or play the songs on the computer. what do i do?

  2. Umm google search how to get songs from your ipod to your computer.  That sounds like what you want.  Once they're on your computer, then re-sync the ipod and it will be erased, but hopefully re-synced with all the old music "goodies"

  3. put the ipod into manually manage music mode. you will be able to drag and drop whatever you want to the ipod and delete whatever you dont want on the ipod. you will also be able to play the songs on the computer that were already on the ipod
