How do i tak my mom into wanting adog

i want a puppy so bad but my mom says no and my dad says yes how do i get them to get me a puppy

Your parents say no...it's no period.  It is your parents house and they have the right to say no.  I suggest you follow their rules.

This question has nothing to do with babies and/or newborns.  How old are you?  Talk with both parents and get their pros and cons on the puppy thing.

Well, you must show that you are ready for the responsibility, like taking care of the stuff you already have.

Then research caring for dogs.

If your mom says yes then I would reccomend going to a shelter and getting a dog from there!

Prove to them yu have looked up how much it will cost to care for them- what you will do to care for it- how and when you will care for it

toys

time

attention

vet visits for shots

when it gets sick

are you going to have a job/chore to pay for it?

Having a pet is alot of responsobillty its not for just looks or just while its a puppy its permanent.
