  1. It's "PrntScrn." Should be beside at the right-hand corner somewhere, depending if you're using a laptop or a keyboard.

Then you put it into Microsoft Paint and paste it into a new document.

  2. http://www.jingproject.com/

  3. The others are correct, But incase you are unsure what the button looks like, or where it is on the keyboard, check

After you have click the image, It will be copied to your clipboard, so you will need to paste it somewhere to save it. Often paint is the favored and most easy method. Then simply, Save it, As you would any other file.

Thanks, And hope ive helped. Ive tried to vary my responce from the others, Incase theres wern't quite clear enough in certain areas.

  4. When you are ready to take the screen shot, press down on the Prnt Scr button, then, open up Paint, which is in Accessories, then use the Ctrl+V to paste it into the application. You can then crop the photo or edit it as needed, save it, and use it as you wish. You can also paste the screen shot into an email, or another program, such as Word, etc after it is in Paint.

To capture only the active screen, press and hold the Alt key first, then press the Print Scr button, at the same time.

The screen capture is stored in your Clip Board, so you will not actually "see" it until you press Ctrl+V to paste it into Paint. It just seems invisible, but it really isn't. If your Clip Board is configured properly, when you press the keys, the little Clip Board icon will appear in the Notification Area. If it doesn't, you can configure it to do so by opening, lets say Word, open the Clip Board from the View menu, and at the bottom of the Clip Board area, click Settings, and check the box which enables it to be shown in the Notification Area.

Good luck and have a nice day.

  5. well i would recomend using a program called snagit it isnt free but you can take videos of your screen or just certain windows and you can take single images and edit them

  6. Check your keyboard for the key that says "PrintScreen", next to "Scroll Lock". Hit that to capture/copy, and go to your favorite image editor such as MS Paint, Photoshop, etc... and hit Ctrl-V to paste the image. Voila!
