  1. Get a reducer from any plumbing store.  Standard Item


  2. I assume you mean fittings, as in the pipe dimension? If so, you can get reduction fittings which will connetc pipe of different sizes. Find a coupling which will fit both ends and move on. Going to need a plumbing or good hardware store for this, no Wally World. Maybe True Value or Lowews
