How do i take black and white picture in Nikon D80?

I know i can do it in photoshop later.

But i would like to know what do i do in the camera to take black and white. (Nikon D80 has that feature and i want to use it))

I like doing it afterward in a photoshop.  That way if I don't like it in b&w as much as I did in color, I can just swich it back.

As said before convert them to B&W aftarwards. To do it in the camera look here.

convert to custom b&w in photoshop afterwards, it will give you better results than in the camera.
