  1. Put the eggs in a bowl of bird seed and turn them gently every hour so the yoke doesnt stick then spray them with water. Put them under a 40 watt light bulb. To see if they are alive take a small flashlight and put them gently on the lense. Look for a small black dot and if you find it wait and you will see it move. When they hatch feed them ground up bugs or cat food.

  2. they probs wont hatch but if they do then put them under a 40watt bulb in a lil nest thing. feed them tinned cat food (or bird if u can find any but catfood works) with tweezers. if you can get those mini wood tweezers for baby birds then theyr best. oh n clean their muck from the nest as soon as its done or they end up real dirty.

  3. Your best bet is to leave them alone. For 1 it is illegal to interfere with wild life. You also will need a permit and  training to do this type of stuff. If they do hatch you will have to feed them every 15 minutes until their feathers start to come in.After that it will go up to about once a hour. They also would have to stay warm and you would have to use a pair of tweezers just to feed them. Also another thing to look at where would you put them if they made it to adult hood. You cant let them loose as they have been hand fed all their lives. If you turned them loose they will die and you can serve up to 20 years in prison for turning them loose. It is so not worth it.Dont even attempt this type of thing. If you are truly worried about the eggs call your local wild life center  and see what they will have to say about it.They will tell you to put them back where you found them and the mom might come back.if she does not return she will then find some other place and start all over again. I hoped this has helped you
