How do i take music off a CD and download it 2 my LG chocolate phone???(is it possible???)

ok...so i have mi phone and i dont want 2 spend alot of money downloading music 4 1.99 off of V-cast...so i want 2 no if i can transfer all the songs off of a cd on to my phone. is this even possible??? i know u can do that with ipods but im not shur abut cells.do i need a certain plug??? pleez help!!!

You will need a chord that will connect your phone to the computer, but you can rip the songs off of your CDs and then sync them to your phone.
