I just visited the site and there is an opportunity for your teacher to respond to comments ~ if that helps ~ also the rules state that no profanity etc can be submitted ~ so there should be a notifying system is something bad appears

E-mail and request it be taken off. You will usually receive a prompt response.

I don't think anyone can take a teacher off the system - otherwise everyone who got bad ratings would take themselves off.  Sorry.  If the teacher really exists, the ratings stay up.
