How do i take off a string?

I have a lyon by washborn it is a acoustic guitar and the string snapped and it s still attached to the bottom of the guitar and i don't no how to take the string out.?

The string is held in by a pin.  If you can't remove it easily by hand, take a pair of pliers,  cushion it with a paper towel, or washcloth, and gently loosen the pin.  It's just pushed in.
