How do i take off cookie on my computer?

i have a zune and when i try to sign up for it the page said that i have to enable the cookie but i dont know what to do

In IE go to: Tools > Options > Privacy > Set Slider To Low

find internet options click it

then click on the delete menu and delete the cookie by click delete cookies button
