How do i take off the LOWER GYRO PLATE on my fit pro park help please

  1. To take off the gyro plate first remove the headset bolt. Then loosen your stem bolts and remove your stem. then take off the spacers and gyro plate.then put it all back to together. note though that you might need an extra spacer to compensate for the gryo plate.
