How do i take off the caps that are over the spark plugs that is on a jetski?

there is like a cap and then a cord leading out of it, where the spark plugs are. its a kawasaki jetski STX 12-f

    Those "cord" things are your spark plug wires. The "caps" are the plug boots. To remove them, grasp, twist and pull.

    Are you sure you ought to be messing with it though?
