How do i take pictures then put them on a blog then edit them

ummm... you take pictures with a camera. Either a 35 mm or a digital camera.  You scan regular photos to put them on your computer.  You plug your camera's USB cable into your computer and upload the pics you've taking onto your computer.  Or if you are using random images (not pictures you take), you can find an endless supply of pictures on the internet. Some people insist on using their cell phones, but the quality is consistently poor.  To edit pictures, you use whatever software you have on your system.  Depends on what kind of editing you are doing.  The to put them on a blog, follow the instructins for uploading images to whatever blog you're using.
