•Respectfully to teachers & administrators.

• In America, girls & boys are equal & there's no need to feel boys should always go first.  

• You can also look people in the eye while talking > no need to look away

• Kids tease each other & a little is normal, but there are boundaries that you should not be teased on like your body, your speech if it's different, how you dress, or where you come from.
