How do i talk my husband into having a 3rd child?

im 28 and my husband is 30. we have 2 boys ages 2 1/2 and 4. I would like to have another baby but my husband says no way! what can we do to compromise and have another baby?

what?  how is having another baby (getting what YOU want) a compromise?  I thought a compromise was finding a solution where each party gives a little, and meet in the middle. how about not looking at it so selfishly, cut the guy some slack,you want him to support another hungry mouth, just so you can now justify buying that shiny new minivan for soccer practice because the sedan you have won't fit 3 child seats.

Having another baby when he doesn't want another one is NOT compromising.

It'd seem like a compromise would be to have one or two kids, but then stop after that.  I hope you love and respect your husband too much to 'trick him', like the other person suggested.

If he came with you this far, take things slow and work it out with him.  Remember, in the end, he's the one who'll be there after the children have grown up and left.

should be happy with the kids you have now.....  with  the prices of  everything  being so dam high it is hard for a family of  4  now you want to be  family of 5  ..  maybe your husband is not making enough money for this new baby idea of  yours
