How do i talk to a shy guy who im pretty sure likes me and i like him? ?

ok so theres tihs guy who is shy and i really like him. hes a senor and im a sophomore. we both do gymnastics and hes in a different group but we see each other a lot. hes always staring at me and ill sometimes see him staring and he used to look away really fast but now he sometimes smiles and if i smile back he blushes.

hes really shy but whenever im there hes always goofing around and acting really silly. but on days im not there my friend tells me hes shy and quite.

one day he was sitting with the assistant coach and they were talking and she randomly points to me and ask "is that her?" he says yeah and blushes and looked away. the assistant coach then nudged him and said "awww thats soo cute". later that day we did a group activity and she paired us in the same group.

ok. theres more but those are the maine details. so do you think he likes me?? o and how should i talk to him because hes pretty shy and i am too around him.

He definitely likes you, but doesn't have the courage to ask you out.  Just ask him on a friendly date, with a group of friends or even just you two, than asking him if he had fun after wards, and mention you should do it again.  He'll more than likely ask you out.  

Mainly, try to hang out and talk with him outside of school.
