  1. I would have to agree with the person about the "ghost spray". My 7 year old cousin was deathly afraid to the Boogie man, so we made her some spray, and she is fine now. I would reccomend that.

  2. Just tell him, we're a friendly bunch..

We're here to help not hurt.

  3. Tell him that if there are ghosts that they are friendly and get him a copy of "CASPER" my daughter loves it and now if there is any mention of ghosts she asks "like casper?" I tell her yes and she is longer frightened.

  4. Make him some " Ghost spray" - first make sure to tell him that ghosts don't like anything that smells good, how they go away when ever they encounter good smells.

Recipe for Ghost and/or Monster spray:

    2 teaspoons Fabreeze

    1 quart water

One spray bottle with a " new " label that says Ghost Spray.

Then let him carry it with him to spray those Ghosts away.

  5. Ask him where they are, it's usually under tne bed or in the closet, then go in their holding a poker or bat or something and make banging noises, and tell him you got them!

  6. ask him if they hurt him.  If he says no, tell him that they are just playing with him and there's nothing to be afraid of (telling him they don't exist will only make him believe you think he's lying - if he truly believes they are there, just go with the approach that they are harmless and are friendly.)

  7. just let him be.  isn't it cute anyways?  plus he's got all this pressure from the ghosts i'm sure he doesn't want any more from you

  8. well we've never used the word in the house-   at halloween we change the channel and if they use the word at daycare we say they are not real
