im bi..and i met this new girl in school. She just broke up with her friend, and yeah..i dont really know. i dread talking to her in school..and i hate being alone with her, bc i dont know what she'll do..yeah..how do i tell her that even tho shes hott, i know, and she's a great friend, i dont want to make out with her or anything..?

Just tell her that you think she's great and you like her, but not in that way.  Sometimes you have to be a little cruel to be kind.
