  1. It's a browser setting, so it depends on which application you use.

    Firefox:

    Tools Menu

    Options

    Cookies section is in the middle.

    Internet Explorer:

    Tools Menu

    Internet Options

    The slide bar allows you to change cookie settings that way or you can also allow them based on each site by clicking the sites button.

    You could also search the internet (yahoo.com, google.com, etc.) for:

    "Enable cookies in * "

    (where * is the name of your browser)
