How do i tell me parents i want to be an actress when i leave high school?

im currently 16 years old & i love watching shows and imagining do their job. i just love the thrill of being in front of the camera and being known. but the problem is, that i dont think my parents will be for it. but maybe if i talk about acting now they will warm up to it by the time college comes. how do i tell them i want to do this with my life?

When you move out, you can do what you want. You are free to make your own choices. Just tell them. you can do it. I have faith in you and I'll pray for you.

they believe what they see, just like we do.  try out for every play this year. if you don't get a part, work on the crew.  attend drama club, read about the industry.

during summer break, apply to community theater, eat sleep and breathe theater.

then they will know...and you'll know better, if it's really what you want
