How do i tell my aunt this?

ok so my dad has a sister who lives in the same state as me... we occasionally see each other on special occasions but we tried to get together just to hang and for my to see my little cousin... she let me down 5 times in 10days and just resentally turned me down agian.... my mom says that i need to tell her how i feel about that and tell her that if she does it agian i am through w/ her.... for some reason i am having a hard time doing that. i want a relation ship with her but she is being irrisponsible.... how can i tell her this with out hurting her fealings or to where it will help me say this?

Just say. Listen im trying to see you guys but you turning me down like this is crazy and it is really hurting my feelings. We need to make plans were i can really come and i am going to come.

You just tell her how much she has hurt you by letting you down all the time. Yes she is your Aunt but she is not treating you with respect. She is acting like you do not matter and that is wrong. You do matter you are a very special person and she should treat you like one

Don't guilt her into going with you. She should go because she wants to, but not because you're guilting her into it.

just tell her that you feel like she has been dampening your spirits and letting you down more often, and you want to have a more positive relationship. dont mention the negative past, mention the positive future.
