I'm concerned about my mom's health because she is almost 50 years old, eats bad foods and is overweight. I don't want her to have a heart attack later or have a lot of health problems. She is about 5'5 and weighs 180 pounds. I'm 15 and I want her to be healthy. She has always talked about how she wants to be thinner, but around the house I always see her eating ice cream or some kind of other snack. How do I tell her that she should try to get in shape nicely?
