How do i text someone so that the message appears in full on the front screen of their phone.?

I know it can be done as a friend managed to do it. you have to do something maybe hash/star or quotes really not sure but when it appears on the other persons phone they can see the whole message straight away and do not have to go into read message. I would find this very useful as I know people who are not very good at using their phones and often dont know how to read their messages.

That is done with THE PHONE SETTINGS where you select that you want the message to be received and opened right away.

GO thru the settings- each phone is different.
