How do i throw a circle change?

i heard a circle change is harder 2 throw than a regular three fingered change but i i think circle is easier

I think this is how you do it:

Grip the ball like a 2 seam fastball (seams going up and down).  Make an "OK" sign with your thumb and index finger on the left side of the ball.  Put your middle finger on the left seam of the ball, put your ring finger on the right seam of the ball, and put your pinkie on the right side of the ball.  A circle change is a mix between a slider and a  change up.  If thrown correctly, the ball will lose velocity, drop down a little bit, and break the opposite direction of a curveball.  If you are a righty pitcher, the sideways break will be to the right of where you are standing.  Vice-versa for a lefty.

Edit - I forgot to tell you to throw it with the same arm movement as a fastball.

Whats most important is what feels comfortable. To throw a circle change  you just make a circle with your thumb and index finger and I like to put my middle and ring finger on the two seams of the ball and lay your pinky on the side. Any time you throw a changeup the most important thing whether its a circle of straight change is to have your palm facing out when throwing the pitch. As your getting ready to release the ball your palm should be turned out away from your body and you should throw with the same arm speed as your fastball. The grip and arm angle with slow up the ball and give it movement.

I think the circle is easier.  Just a little torque on the elbow since it comes out like a screwball.  Make a circle with your thumb and finger and put those on the ball, let the other three fingers just rest gently on the ball and throw it.
