I can throw the ball in to a little after the edge of the 6 yrd box. How do i get the ball in a little further?

  1. Take steroids man.

    Nah just kidding, strengthen your triceps by doing things like tricep pulldowns.


  2. i've seen that flip thing work a treat, however it is illegal in football, in boxing the power in a punch comes from the back so im thinking its going to be the same with a football throw. Try doing some explosive exercises in your arms and upper back. The best way i think to get a further throw is using a heavier ball, i know you can get heavy medcine balls 1kg - 10kg just try doing a normal throw with one of them, your bound to get a further throw doing that.   3. Get a small running start, like 3 feet. and use your arms to propel the ball. With practice and some triceps conditioning you'll be able to get it where you want it to go.

    try a flip kick

    grab a ball get a running start do

    a front flip and release the same time your feet hit the ground

    three times as far as a regular throw in
