How do i tie my self up with a rope?

The first step is to go out and buy some rope.

The second is to go to the library and read "How to get knotted" by Nutty Professor McStringer, then go home with a cub scout and run through the basics.

After you've tied your wrists behind your back using a reef knot, things may become tricky, though persevere, as you could find it very rewarding, especially if you practice in fancy dress.

You lay the rope on the floor and you grab one end and you roll yourself up in it...Ta !DA! Dope in a rope.

Hmmm maybe first question is why?? but hmmm maybe make a loop at one end roll your self in it and keep fingers free and put last end into beginning loop?  But sounds kinda like not the right thing to try alone...LOL
