Question:

How do i tone my arms?

I don't want big defined muscles, I would just like so some suggestions of how I could get rid of the little fat I have on my upper arms. Preferably something that doesn't require me to go out and buy a bunch of bulky equipment. Thanks

  2. get 10 pound weights and do 10 reps every day (don´t more your arm forward, JUST more your fore-arms) and if you want, you can increase 10% every week (1 week do 10 next week do 11... so on and so forth until you get to 20 then do 22 then 24 etc.)

    PS: you could do this with 5 pounds as well

  3. Have you tried lifting light weights?  I don't know much about this but, in theory, lifting a light weight with lots of repetitions should tone muscle, whereas a heavy weight doing a low amount of repetitions (3-6 reps) should bulk you up.  Try talking to someone experienced about how many repetitions and how heavy your weights should be.
