  1. There isn't any way to track your calls other than what wil be on your Bill.   If you've lost you're phone, then phone AT&T and have them dis-arm it.  that way it can't be used by anyone - it'll be 'marked' as stolen..  After that, get a new phone and don't lose it.

  2. Phone your customer service number.

They'll mark the phone as stolen, which shuts it down and prevents it from being sold/transferred to another person.

  3. There is no way to track your phone.  The same thing happened to a buddy of mine. Someone stole his Cingular 8525 phone would of his bag. Very expensive phone. He never got it back and never found out whom took it.  You might want to try to call your phone. See if anyone picks up. Then if no one picks up best thing to do is just call customer care and report the phone lost/stolen. You don't want some person ranking up your phone bill.

Anyways, you will have to file an insurance claim. Then get a new phone for $50.

  4. Try going to talk to AT&T and see if they can let you know the activity that's been going on with it lately. If I were you, I'd get the insurance since you say you lose your phone a lot.

  5. I would suggest going to where you got your at&t phone, considering they can look up your bill and what calls you made, if there is calls being made, that means obviously some one found it and is using it so you could call your phone, and ask for it back.
