a hair tie or a lazer pointer (they cant help fetch but they sure are fun to mess with your cat)

Probably can't but u can go to Kitty Kindergarten with your cat. I hear it teaches sit stay and high-five.

You can' t train a cat the way you train a dog and you certainly can't teach a cat to fetch anything except food. Cats are independent creatures and you have to respect the fact that a cat is not a dog and get a dog if you want to train a pet to do your bidding.
