How do i train for a 10k race? in a week?

I wanna do the nike 10k run ..but i haven't ran in a couple of months..i'm pretty fit already since i do a lot of sports but running isn't a big strength of mine..

Hmm if i were you i would run medium work outs most of that week for example like a 45 min medium run.  But If you havnt ran in months and you wanna do a 10k in a week, its going to be quite difficult, and if your going to race, i would not take it out, i would just find a ncie steady pace you can run the whole way.

  2. theres no possible way to train for a 10k in one week. If your not looking to be competitive during the race, just take it slow and you should be able to finish no problem.
