How do i train for the 100 metre sprint?

Im 14 i run the 100 metre in 12.3, im pretty athletic and the sprint season starts in 7 weeks does anyone know any exercises to make me get even faster

  1. Ok this is what i do, Get 4 cones and set em 5 large steps apart. Then sprint to the first cone and dont stop keep going but instead do high knees to third cone form the second and sprint to the end.

    Then to 25 squats jog to the begging and repeat as many times as you can.

    Then do another 25 squats and 50 lunges 25 each leg,

    After a 5 min full recovery do a 100m sprint.

    Oops forgot do a 100m sprint before you do it then have a 2.5 min recovery.

    Then you do the above drill and your time should have improved by at least 10 miliseconds!!

  3. run railroad tracks with a backpack, pick up two discarded spikes every other day, the bag will weight over 50 pounds in decent time. a friend of mine did that before joining the marines. basic training he used a 35 pound pack when he trained at home with a 70 pound pack.
