First, you are going to need a lot of acid and a fake mustache.

Second, go get several rolls of electrical tape and tape his paws to the steering wheel.

Depending on what type of dog it is, you will most likely have to rig up stilts for his feet. These stilts can be made up of balsa wood or even other dogs, depending on how adventurous you are feeling on said driving day.

well my doggie prefers motercycles but if he wants to drive just put him behind the wheel and floor the gas its amazing how fast they learn under pressure
