How do i transfer data from an old computor to a new one?

i want to get my family pictures from my old computor that was transfered from my digital camera to it.

It depends do you have, any USB ports on your old PC?

Do you have an external Hard drive?

Do you have a a network at Home?

there is a website called xdrive.com that you can upload your stuff onto and download it to the new computer. But  you will have to have internet access on both computers.

various ways , it all really depends what facilities you have, I personally would burn to a dvd and then pop the dvd in my new pc.  If you have no burning capabilities you might choose to wire both pc's up by cable or to send the information to yourself via email.

Usb sticks are cheap you could even use them.
