How do i transfer file fom palm centro to computer?

i have a microsoft office document saved on my palm centro. how do i transfer it to my computer?

You will need to load the Palm Desktop onto your computer. Then, once this is done, open it up, connect your phone to the computer via USB cord, and click the black button, this will preform a hotsync and upload pictures, ringers, videos, contracts, etc.

The answer, as far as i know, is a USB cable. There should be a USB port or two on your computer, and the cables are availible at radio shack.
