I have worked out how to put camcorder footage onto my pc but what do i do now to get it onto a DVD? I have ULead version 6 ( I think) on but it only lets me put images onto CD and doesn't mention DVD

I have windows XP if that's any help.

I am not technical so please keep it simple.

Thanks

  1. Use an editing programme, Windows Movie Maker will do the job for you.

  2. ok dont worry lets make this very simple just follow, read, and view the links I will give to you. First you have to have a Nero burning software, its media DVD writer tool use to burn or write video file into dvd. Here are the links below to show how to use it.

  3. The easiest way is to just add your footage to DVD Flick (it's free) and it'll do everything that's needed.  You'll get a much more watchable DVD if you edit the video first using something like Windows Movie Maker (also free and probably already on your PC).

  4. First, you need a DVD drive and not a CD. If you have a DVD/R drive, it should have come with the software to burn DVDs. ULead 6 is for the older CD/R burners.
