How do i transfer music and film onto a 360 hardrive ? cause my computer is running low on space?

On my computer I have downloaded a fair bit of movie off itunes. When I do I convert my music too .mp3 and video too .avi because I personally prefer windows media player. All of this stuff is taking up a lot of room on my computer especially my film which is totalling over 70 GB. So how would I transfer that stuff too a 360 hardrive. And also can you have a wireless adapter and a hardrive for an Xbox. By the way i dont want too network my media because that doesn't save me any space
