How do i transfer music from PC to xbox360?

Well really i just wanted to know how do you transfer music from my Computer (Limewire) to my xbox Via USB.

Could you please translate to less complicated terms as i'm not the most technical guy in the world...

  1. you plug in your desktop or laptop  into the front with a usb and then you go to your dash board and select media then you select music and then you select from a seprate device
