I have an alcatel elle N3. When I bought it, it came with its own USB cable. The problem is, I can't transfer pictures and videos to the computer. I was informed by the phone seller that I just need a micro SD card to be able to transfer files. Now, even with the micro SD card, Im still stuck with the same problem.

  1. first connect your phone to the system using the usb.. then check whether you have installed the drivers for your computer to recognise the phone..

if you also got a cd along with the cable.. you will have drivers in that cd... if you dont have it.. i think you need to download the dirvers from the company website of your mobile phone..

once this is done remove your cable and restart your computer and then connect again, now your phone will be recognized and then i will show the sd micro card in the place of removable disks in the my computer.. then use it as a pen drive..

  2. I know what you mean.  My phone is bluetooth enabled.  I can get my phone directory but that is about it.  I have noticed that when I recieve a picture message, I get a notice that says go to http:// yada yada to get picture?  Then I can download it into my phone.  If I type in the address on my browser, I can see the picture and download it to my computer.  Nice.... 96 pixels by 96 pixels.  I think I will stick with my digital camera.
