How do i translate a cell phone to another language?

I have a Motorola W490 cell phone, and i have it in english, on the language options there is several, like english, french, and Portuguese, i want a language like Bosnian on there, so is there a way that i would be able to do that.

Not that I know of.

Probably not, I think you're going to have to stick with whatever is programmed to the phone.
