  1. You visit each place in turn.

  2. go to travel college you can go on trips there then once my cuzin went round the world but neva went to argentina and colombia and ireland sooo

  3. i highly reccomend going to expedia.com

  4. My honest opinion would be in an Airplane..

Walking is pretty tough, it is difficult to cross the Artic, on foot.

    Plus it takes to long..

Also, A plane has a much better feel.

And if something happens, the fall is not that bad.

It is that SUDDEN stop at the bottom that is KILLER....

    GOOD LUCK

  5. first watch how to travel the world in 80 days than go online and type in all the places u want to go and find out the costs and think about how much time u will spend in each place hope this helped good luck

  6. Save up some money and just do it.

  7. Well first I would contact the U.S. embassy in each country for visas and other information. Then plan out where you would like to stay in each country. Cost? Well that depends on your flight, lodgings, and food. Make sure you don't drink the water.

  8. Set a tentative itinerary

Make sure you can afford the connecting flights, ferries, buses between city to city

Start gathering visas.  Work your way down the list.  Each country is going to have different restrictions and guidelines for getting a visa.  Make sure that you can adhere to all of of their rules for travel.

    Get your travel tickets

redo your itinerary.  Unless you can afford absolutely any price, your itinerary is going to be reshaped by the transportation you can afford

    Book lodging

When you get closer to the day of your departure(for London and then every city thereafter), call in and double check that your visas are valid and that you have everything you need to travel

  9. the easiest, hassle-free way would be to find a travel group or student group. my french class is going on a trip to france and we have signed up with a travel group called ACIS. they will pretty much deal with everything. if you go on your own you will need to prepare the travel documents, flights, hotels, and itineraries on your own.

the order of your trip is fine though. it does circle the globe in the right order. i've already been to 7 of the countries on your list and they're aren't really the type of countries you go spend a few days in though. not worth all that money. and this trip will be costly. if i were you i would to a one continent at one time trip to break it up and do it in a few years because it isn't enough to just say you've been to the country.

how about Japan, Italy, Indonesia, Nepal, the Maldives, Brazil, South Africa, Ivory Coast, etc? there are a ton more other places to go. i have always wanted to travel the world.but considering i'm not even 18 i'm waiting till i get out of college. i've always wanted to get one of those 1000 places to visit books and use the ideas there. maybe you could try that too. or you could buy a world map and pin it up, blindfold yourself and throw darts. then visit whichever city the darts land one.

and yes i agree with the other answers that in Europe you should get Eurail pass and travel on trains. you can take night trains so you could just avoid having to get hotels for a few days.

  10. no place like home......... oooh,... wait! I can actually post without those lazy gits at Yahoo "taking a breather..." AGAIN! Wowee!

  11. Whoah.. in EU you just travel. Now for getting into Ukraine, Russia etc. I'd start applying for Visas quite soon. I think you might need someone inviting you for a visit to Russia at least, so I'd start chatting with russians who might help you out. Unless you are a diplomat or related to one, then you can pretty much travel anywhere. I'd start contacting all of the embassies to get the most current information. Seeking Visas is tiresome and a lengthy ordeal.

About cost. Well.. trains can be inexpensive. And dangerous in some areas.

Seems to me you have a lot of planning ahead of you.

  12. well u might want to save up to over 30,000 dollars airplane tickets are freaking expencive

plus prob 3.000 dollars for hotels

and 1,000 dollars for food and maybe 1,000 for suvineers

so i would wait till u have a lot of money

or just cut back on some trips just visit

where u want to go most i would

suggest france china australia newzealand colombia ireland spain

and usa those are my fav. i didnt really like singapore and thailand was alright but never went to maylasia slovakia  or czech republicbut u should go to itally and go to greece also there beautifull

  13. that's a pretty weird order. why don't you do europe first then go to asia and then over to n and s america? to go around europe i would recommend inter railing which means you can go around europe on certain trains for about £300 or so. theres a railway in russia which goes through the whole country. you can google it for more info.from russia you can get to china by boat but if you want to go to the main parts i'd recommend planes because it would take ages otherwise. then you should go onto other parts of asia and then to australia and then new zealand. from there maybe go to chile, argentina, columbia, mexico and then to usa. wherever you want to go in there is up to you but it might be hard to find flights from america to ireland so i would recommend going to london first and then flying or taking a boat to ireland last. or first before you go. websites like lastminute.com and expedia.com are probably best for flight comparism. and travelsupermarket.com. it's going to cost a lot but doable.

you wont need a visa for any eu countries if you're british, but will if not. most of the other countries will probably need them, but i'd look it up with their government websites.

  14. you'll need MAD $. well you need to remember that the cost will not only include getting from point a to point b. it also includes, food, hotels, and other unplanned expenses. i couldn't really give an estimate for all this. but it will be a lot. which i'm sure you knew

  15. hey. they have these things called "airplanes" which let you fly to ALL of these places!
