LOST CAMERA FEBRUARY 13TH 2008/WEDSDAY 430PM-6PM IN ROUTE TO BOARDING SHIP BY PIER IN COZUMEL,MEXICO,THE AREA WAS "PUNTA LONGOSTA" MALL AREA OUTSIDE OF PIER AREA FOR TOURISTS/SHOPPING/ALSO MAY HAVE LOST IN TAXI CAB/COMING FROM PLAYA MIA BEACH.EN ROUTE BACK/PLAIN WHITE TAXI/STATION WAGON /CAR TYPE/ALSO DOCKED BYT HE ROYAL CARRIBEAN"NAVIGATOR" PERHAPS SOMEONE TURNED IT IN ON THE SHIP/GOLD/TAN SONY CYBERSHOT/ULTRA THIN/WRISTBAND ON AS WELL/LARGE VIEWING SCREEN/1000$$ REWARD..NO QUESTIONS ASKED/JUST WANT PICTURES/MY LADY FRIEND IS VERT SICK.AND WE ARE HEARTBROKEN.OVER THE PHOTOS/OF OUR LAST TRIP/IF YOU KNOW ANYONE IN COZUMEL..OR CAN REACH OUT TO LOCAL PAWN SHOPS.OR BUSINESSES IN COZUMEL.OR HAVE FRIENDS OR RELATIVES IN AREA.WHO NEED SOME CASH OR EXTRA WORK TO LOOK INTO THIS. IT WOULD BE WELL REWARDED AND WORTH THE EFFORT/IT MAY BE UNDER SOMEONES COUNTER IN STORE OR RESTAURANT/OR INA SECURITY AREA ON PIER//I THOUGHT I HEARD IT FALL ON MY HOME VIDEO CAMERA.BEFORE CHECKPOINT ON PIER PEACE

So sorry to read this. I would post this on the Cozumel Forum on tripadvisor. Many locals frequent that site. Just a tip, I know you are upset but don&#039;t post in caps, it&#039;s like screaming at someone.

I would think you have lost your photos even if you do get a response but I will give you the info.

Good luck that&#039;s a long time ago.  I know a guy that went to the bano and left one of those $10.00 cameras on the table.  You go it ,GONE

I have been offered such items for sale on the beach over the  years .

It never hurts to try but your are setting your self up for more disappointment.

You could take a look around the pawn shops.

They are called &quot;Casa de Empeno&quot; In fact that is a very good place if a local has it.

Are they digital fotos? if so then locals probably couldn&#039;t delete them quickly.

Sorry to hear about your miss-fortune

Post an add in the local paper and also contact police too !

Hope you get it back - I know how it feels loosing precious photos.
