How do i tune a bass guitar down a quarter tone?

i need to find how to tune my bass down a quarter tone for a few song

Find the key it is written in. strum the bass string that matches the key while the song is playing, then tune all the strings. Or, buy a tuner that has controls that let you match the song frequency. I just do it by ear.Also, if the bridge is adjustable, you may be able to tweek it down a bit.
