Most DAB radios allow between 6 and 10 stations to be allocated presets - all are usually empty with a new radio set.  If you are using the tune dial and getting names like 'BBC R7', 'BBC WS', 'BFBS'  or 'Birdsong' - they are the services your radio can currently receive.

DAB radios like the PURE Evoke series have numbered buttons - just push and hold the preset number that you want. You will then be presented with a 'Preset saved' message - it is then saved as a preset..

With out knowing the model it will be very hard to give you any advice other than read the manual, or go to the manufacturers website if they have one.

do you just have scan or manual tune or direct entery???
