Who is your service provider?

If it is Verizon FIOS, you need to:

Turn on the TV,

On the remote you need to:

Hold the OK button and the TV button at the same time

Then release, the TV button will flash

Now push  9 9 2.  The TV button will flash again

Then hit the FF button until your TV shuts off.

When that happens push the OK button again.

Now you are all set.
